Programme starten nicht

Hallo,
Ich habe folgendes Problem: Ich kann keine Programme mehr starten es kommt immer folgende Fehlermeldung:
"Diese Anwendung konnte nicht gestartet werden, da die Side-by-Side Konfiguration ungültig ist. "
Ich habe schon etwas gegoogelt und herausgefunden, dass Visual C ++ installiert werden muss. Jedoch wenn ich die exe Datei ausführe komme ich leider zum gleichen Fehler . Ich habe zudem ein System Scan durchgeführt der folgende Fehlermeldung anzeigt: "Vom Windows-Ressourcenschutz wurden beschädigte Dateien gefunden, und einige davon konnten nicht repariert werden" Hier der vollständige Log:

Hat jemand eine Idee wie ich den Fehler beheben kann?

Ein unnötiges Log, denn das stammt nicht von Sfc, sondern beinhaltet andere Soystemlogs. Hier: http://www.windows-8-forum.net/windows-8-faq/7712-reparatur-windows-store.html, das ausführen um dann auch ein passendes Log zu erhalten.
